How It Works
LET’S GET STARTED!
DISCOVERY SESSION
This is a 90 minute session where we dive into who you are, how you work and how we can best work together. This will include goal setting, action taking, as well as an exploration into your values and your inner leaders and critics.
COACHING
Every two weeks for 50 minutes. We dive into whatever is present in that moment, something that occurred earlier, or maybe something that you are anticipating. There is no set formula. Every session is unique to what you need and that’s up to you. You will gain awareness around FEAR and how it may be holding you back, how to take ACTION in moving toward your goals, and how to create a meaningful LIFE that is reflective of who you are.
Between sessions:
I offer email support and may send you resources (articles / books) or check in where you are at with accountability. I also offer mini coaching sessions – need to mentally prepare for an interview? Or have a meeting with your boss? We’ll do a quick 15 minute session to get you clear on what you need and what you want.
COMPLETION
We’ll both know when the time is right for you. Typically clients tell me that they arrive at a place where they can hear the questions that I would ask and ultimately they coach themselves. THIS…this is the goal of coaching. We end our time together with a reflection of where you have been, where you are now and where you are headed.
Coaching can be done by phone or video conference, so you can be anywhere in the world. I am located just outside Seattle, Washington, USA, but coach clients all over the world.
