WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be.
Coaching is all about YOU and focusing on what you are wanting to accomplish, achieve, and/or change. Coaching is a process in which you pause, explore, question, consider, and then decide.
- Decide how you want to take action.
- Decide what you are willing to DO; and
- Decide who you want to BE to get there.
We so often get caught up in the “doing,” we don’t realize we must also focus on who we want to “be” to get there.
